Refrigerated Dryers
The most common and cost-effective solution for most applications. They cool the compressed air to approx. +3°C, causing moisture to condense and be drained away. Available in non-cycling, cycling and energy-saving VSD versions from Pneumatech.
Adsorption (Desiccant) Dryers
When very low dew points are needed (down to -40°C or -70°C), adsorption dryers are the best choice. They use a desiccant material to chemically bind the moisture.
FST GmbH is renowned for robust heatless and heated adsorption dryers, while Pneumatech offers highly efficient HE models with very low energy consumption. Ideal for food, pharmaceutical, electronics and high-quality painting processes.
Membrane Dryers
Membrane dryers are compact, maintenance-free and use selective membranes to separate water vapour. They provide a dew point suppression of 32–55°C without electricity or desiccant.
