COMPRESSORS

Among the compressors available on the market, four main types can be distinguished: reciprocating compressor, rotary vane compressor, scroll compressor and screw compressor.

REFRIGERATION DRYER

If you cool the compressed air below ambient temperature, you avoid water in pipes and tools, as well as in valves and cylinders. For this purpose, a refrigeration dryer is used, e.g. from our brand: Pneumatech.

ADSORPTIONDRYER

This is an alternative to the cooling dryer when the compressed air e.g. used outdoors. The containers contain high-adsorbing aluminia-type desiccants that absorb water from the compressed air. In this way, the air becomes drier than with a refrigeration dryer.

FILTERS

Filters are used when the compressed air needs to be purified. For complete purity, filtration is required in three steps: particulate, oil and activated carbon filter filtration. There is a risk of oil leakage if filter cartridges are not replaced in time.
